Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete the data Onde holds about you, including data obtained from Facebook, Instagram and the other connected social networks.

1. Disconnect a social account (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

Admin or owner role required in the organization.

1. Sign in to Onde at onde.baptcompany.fr.
2. Open the relevant organization.
3. Go to Social accounts.
4. Click Disconnect next to the account.

Immediately deleted: the (encrypted) access tokens, the link between the account and the organization, and the social profile information. Posts already published on the platforms are not deleted by Onde: they remain on your social account and must be removed from the platform itself.

2. Revoke access on the Facebook / Instagram side

1. Facebook > Settings and privacy > Settings
2. Apps and Websites (Business Integrations)
3. Select Onde then Remove

For Google / YouTube: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. TikTok: Settings and privacy > Security and permissions > App permissions.

3. Delete your account and data

• Delete a user account: Account page (profile menu) > account deletion section > confirm via the link sent by email. Your personal data is deleted.
• Delete an organization (owner role): organization Settings > Danger zone > Delete organization. Deleted: connected social accounts, posts, brand profiles, media files and memberships.

4. Request by email

If you cannot use the app, write to contact@baptcompany.fr with the email address of your account and, if relevant, the social network concerned (suggested subject: "Data deletion"). We may ask you to confirm your identity. Your request is processed within 30 days at most and you receive a confirmation.

5. Timeframes

• Social account disconnection: immediate
• Organization deletion: immediate
• User account deletion: immediate after email confirmation
• Email request: 30 days maximum
• Backups: erased through rotation, 30 days maximum
